Karina Rodriguez is an absolutely amazing agent. She is very thorough, organized, knowledgeable and caring. She has been our agent twice now in the past (2) years and both times she has been more like a family member than our agent. She made everything so very easy for us. Karina helped my mother and myself sell our condo in California and helped find our next home within the 30 miles of the city, unfortunately we were overpriced on what we could afford and Karina took it upon herself to assist us in the process of purchasing our new home out of state ( Texas). She really showed us above and beyond service and we are eternally gravelly having her assistance through such a complicated and new process. At times we were shy to call with questions but she always made us feel comfortable asking any question as it came to mind. 10/10 recommend and will use her services again in the future.

Where can I even begin to describe the AMAZING experience it was to have Karina guide us through the biggest financial decision we've made thus far? Naturally, my husband and I were hesitant to trust anybody with our hard-earned money after having saved for so long, but Karina never made us feel pressured and was always happy to inquire on our behalf when we saw homes we were interested in. Not only that, but she was patient with us even though it took us a year to finally make the move and purchase a home. She would check on us frequently and make sure she went above and beyond what we asked--even when we weren't entirely ready. We knew that once we were, she would be our agent. Once we were ready, we put all our trust into her, allowed her to act on our behalf, and amazingly enough, the perfect home became ours with NO BUMPS in the road whatsoever because she handled everything perfectly. There was even a time she went on vacation for her anniversary and she STILL got onto an hour-long Zoom call with us and guided us through our paperwork. While on her trip, she remained in constant communication with us about the process of our purchase. If this isn't enough, people who helped us at the bank who had worked with her in the past even told us how amazing she is! They didn't have to do that because she had no affiliation with them other than having represented buyers in the past that they happened to loan a mortgage to. All this to say that we are forever thankful to Karina for her guidance, expertise, and proactive nature in securing our forever home for us. She knows the answers to all questions, and when she doesn't, rest assured she immediately contacts the sources who do and gets back to you within hours, at most. We started our search for our first home together in January 2020 and Albert and his team provided multiple options and scenarios for us, as we would be selling our condo at the same time. Being a first-time buyer in this crazy seller's market l felt overwhelmed. My credit union recommended me to Albert and Karina. And after speaking with them I knew I was in great hands we found a wow house. We made an offer and only offered $5k over their asking price. My REALTOR was able to speak with not just the seller's REALTOR but the sellers themselves. They chose us and accepted our offer. Here is what l really want you to hear. Words alone cannot describe how great and amazing Albert and Karina were in helping us sell our home at a great value and timeline that exceeded our expectations. If I can give them 10 stars out of 5, I would! From the very beginning, they were very prepared, deeply engaged, and had a very solid game plan and strategy for my complex situation (corporate relocation to another state so need to sell and close fast). They showed great finesse and excellent negotiation skills, and ultimately, they blew me away with the number of showings and offers we got for our house!
